01Who we are
This privacy policy explains how in7apk.in.net (“IN7 Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website. It covers this site only.
We are an independent affiliate publisher. We are not the operator of the IN7 gaming platform, we do not run any game, and we never hold player funds. When you follow a download or registration link you leave this site and enter a service run by a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own data controller. Nothing you do inside that app is visible to us.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run a website: anonymised traffic analytics, and whatever you voluntarily type into the contact form. We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never ask for financial details.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, optional device details and message you type. That is all — the form asks for nothing else, and you should never include passwords, OTP codes, card numbers or full bank details in it.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our host records standard technical data when a page is served:
- IP address (truncated or anonymised where our analytics provider supports it)
- Browser type, version and operating system
- Device category — mobile, tablet or desktop — and screen size
- Pages viewed, time on page and the referring URL
- Approximate location at city or state level, derived from IP
This is aggregate traffic data. It tells us that a hundred people read the download guide on Android phones; it does not tell us who they are.
What we never collect
- Payment card, UPI or bank account details — we have no payment system
- Gaming account credentials, balances or transaction history
- Government identity documents or KYC material
- Biometric data of any kind
03How we use information
We use the limited information above only for these purposes:
- To answer you. Contact form submissions are used to reply and nothing else.
- To improve the site. Aggregate analytics show which guides are useful and where people get stuck.
- To keep the site working. Error and performance data helps us find broken pages and slow assets.
- To measure referrals. We record that a click on a download button occurred, so affiliate commission can be attributed. This is a count, not a profile.
- To meet legal obligations. Where we are legally required to retain or disclose something.
We do not use your information to build behavioural advertising profiles, to retarget you across other websites, or to make automated decisions that affect you.
05Third parties and affiliate disclosure
Affiliate relationship. in7apk.in.net earns commission when a visitor follows a download or registration link and subsequently signs up with the operator. This costs you nothing and does not change any offer available to you. We disclose it here, in our terms, and on every page carrying a download button.
Where your data can go. A small number of service providers necessarily process technical data on our behalf:
- Hosting provider — serves the pages and keeps standard server logs
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement (page views, device type, approximate location, referrer). IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage, and we do not enable Google Signals, advertising features or remarketing audiences. See Google’s privacy policy and their browser opt-out add-on
- Font delivery (Google Fonts) — serves the typefaces used across the site
- Telegram — if you message our channels, Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation
- The operator — once you click through, they become the data controller for everything that follows
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
06How long we keep information
- Contact form messages: kept while the conversation is open and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Analytics data: retained in aggregate for up to 26 months, after which it is discarded.
- Server logs: rotated by our host, typically within 30 days.
Where information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, it is deleted rather than archived.
07How we protect information
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so traffic between your device and our host is encrypted in transit. Administrative access is limited to the smallest number of people necessary and protected by multi-factor authentication. We keep no database of user accounts, because the site does not have user accounts.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say honestly is that we hold very little worth stealing: no payment details, no credentials, no identity documents.
08Your rights
Under Indian data protection law and comparable frameworks elsewhere, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete information we hold, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it
- Complain to the relevant supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, use the contact form or message us on Telegram. We respond within 30 days. Requests relating to your gaming account must go to the operator — they hold that data, and we have no access to it.
09Age restriction
This website and the platforms it links to are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and no content here is designed to appeal to minors.
If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us immediately and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who share a device should consider content-filtering software — several free options block gambling-related sites at the network level.
10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in our community Telegram channel as well as here.
Continuing to use the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
